Kelly and INROADS

Kelly is dedicated to supporting INROADS, Inc.  The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

Working in one of our many Kelly offices as a member of the INROADS internship program is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for any student.  In fact, it's the perfect opportunity to prepare for our Management in Training program.  Our internships are an educational strategy designed to help students merge their career goals and classroom studies with real-work experience.  This is accomplished though mentorships, professional support, guidance, training and development.

The partnership between Kelly and INROADS began in 1994, and is a cornerstone of Kelly’s Diversity Initiative. Since starting the relationship, we have hired students to work in field and corporate capacities. This partnership not only meets the needs of a summer internship, but also creates a training ground for new talent into our organization.
